When I reply to the Account Locked Out email with the UNLOCK:passcode, the account never gets unlocked. Am I missing something with the setting option? The install was straight forward as well as setting up the passcode.

Thx

sortiz,

Most likely there are some issues accessing mailbox. Maybe cannot find the server, or authentication fails, or something else.

You can check the log file, it is \Tracing\ALEService.log in the product install directory.

Look for all messages of the REMOTE CONTROL category, will look like this:

ALEService.exe Information: 0 : [TID: 21, Time: %timestamp%] REMOTE CONTROL: FindFirstValidURL server

or

ALEService.exe Warning: 0 : [TID: 21, Time: %timestamp%] REMOTE CONTROL: System.NullReferenceException:

I did not see the errors you pointed out but this:

REMOTE CONTROL: System.Web.Services.Protocols.SoapException: The account does not have permission to impersonate the requested user.

sortiz,

the error means the account cannot authenticate to the mailbox.

Double check its permissions, the service account must be the owner of the mailbox and have full permissions of course.

Did you ever get it to work? Would you mind sharing your fix?

Thanks-
