Hi,

As understand, Netwrix will perform data collection every 10 mins(interval). 

Let said after 10 mins there is no data or no event collected by Netwrix, can we detect such situation and send alert to Administrator ?

 

Customer said that, they want to be alerted when Netwrix is not collecting data from AD & other monitor plans.

Can Netwrix handle such situation ?

 

Note: Assuming during that 10 mins, there are still windows events happen in AD or Windows server.

Hello William,

 

I would recommend subscribing to the Health Status report as there is no alert functionality with regards to if a data collection collected data or not if/when data was present to collect.  The Health Status report will list all warnings and errors which occurred during the previous day.
