Locked out user not showing up as locked out

I've attached a screenshot of the HelpDesk page which does not show Locked Out users.  This user shown (puuser) has been locked out for almost 30 minutes now) yet it does not show as locked out.  I see it locked out in AD, but not in PM. 

 

On a possibly related note, I've noticed that all users show up as Not Found when I suspect enrolled users should show up as either Locked Out or Not Locked, no?  puuser is an Enrolled user and can access Logon Assistance to either unlock and/or reset their password.

Not found status means that Password manager was not able to fin user in AD.

It can be a result of issues connecting to DCs.

 

First of all try to reboot the server where Password Manager is installed.

It should restore the AD connectivity and allow the product to check account statuses correctly.
