Running the app interactively sends the email notification out successfully, but the nightly scheduled job, running with a different user account gives  "This operation requires and interactive window station"

Job is set to run whether user is logged on or not, password stored, run with highest privilege, Configured for 2012R2 (default didn't work either).

Details in the history gives the following - (domain changed)

Task Scheduler started "{f2e08932-1b87-491e-b942-043688f09678}" instance of the "\NetWrix Management Console - Password Expiration Notifier - mydomain%local" task for user "mydomain\svcschedtask".

Task Scheduler failed to launch action "C:\Program Files (x86)\Netwrix\Netwrix Password Expiration Notifier\pen.exe" in instance "{f2e08932-1b87-491e-b942-043688f09678}" of task "\NetWrix Management Console - Password Expiration Notifier - mydomain%local". Additional Data: Error Value: 2147943859.

Running the command line from administrative dos prompt works successfully

Any ideas?
