how can i know the computer name or ip address of a user who try to change the password ,
the client ip failed is not showing any information ?

Does the Client IP show for other actions? Specifically reset password and account unlock?

unlock is showing the ip , only when i put the wrong answer its not showing

Yes this is a known issue with failed verification emails not showing the Client IP. It is on the roadmap to get addressed in a future release of Password Manager.

At this time there are no plans to release a new freeware version of Password Manager.

Hello,
At this time there are no plans for a new release of Password Manager. Any time a bug or issue of some kind is fixed in a paid version it will also be fixed in the free version as well.
