We downloaded, installed and configures Netwrix Change Notifier for File Servers. We got it working (monitors shares, runs reporting (automatic and manually), sends email with report. When we open the reports we find that the When Changed and Who Changed (files modified, files added) fields have "Commercial version only" filled in (and not the user (who) changed or added the files (I would think that is was a configuration issue if it was empty or contained other data that didn't make sense but this seems like something with the version or edition).
Is the when changed and who changed information not available in the Netwrix Change Notifier for File Servers?
