Is it possible to clean-up/remove accounts that have been deleted/disabled within AD but have not been removed from Password Manager?

There is no automatic procedure to do so.
However Password Manager marks accounts it can`t find in AD (if account was removed, for example) as Not found.
You can filter by this status on the Helpdesk portal and remove such accounts.
If you don`t want to remove them manually, Batch removal feature can be used. It is available on the Admin portal.

If the account was Disabled in AD then it is still considers active and "found"? I need to delete the account within AD to have it as Not Found?
