Hello -
In our environment not all domain users have Exchange accounts but they do have email in our clinical systems. Unfortunately they do not handle HTML emails (all code is displayed). Is there a way to have the end user emails sent out as plain text?

User email format

Michael,
Unfortunately if an email is sent in plane text or in HTML is hard coded and not configurable at this time.

Hello Jeff -
I am not sure I understand your response. If an email is sent in plain text or HTML... Does it have the ability to be sent in both formats?

Michael,
Sorry what I am trying to say is the format the email is sent in is hard coded and not configurable.
