See attached error that I am getting.


We have 3 windows servers.


One SBS 2011 (server 2008 r2 based) runs the auditor.


One Server 2008 r2  (portia)


One Server 2012


The change reporter gets the data from the server it is running on just fine, and from the server 2012, but gets the session error for portia.


Any ideas?

The error occurs because data collection on the target server (portia) takes too long.

Try enabling Lightweight agents (Network traffic compression).


If this doesn`t help you can try increasing the timeout by doing the following.


Edit the config file, by default it is C:\Program Files (x86)\Netwrix\Netwrix Change Notifier for Windows Server\Config

Add the following section right before the line &lt;/CTaskInfo&gt;</Data>:




Save config file

Could be a rights management problem. Are you running PlanMaker with Admin rights?
