When I run the report, it shows thousands of inactive users. In actuality, there are probably 500 or so that aren't active, but for some reason the reporting is showing a much larger number than is correct.
I do have multiple domain controllers to which people authenticate and I know that was a problem with earlier tools, but would have figured this wouldn't have been an issue with something that is sold now.
The main issue is that no one actually logs into this domain, but rather it's used as an LDAP back-end for several applications that authenticate through that domain. However, there's no rhyme nor reason behind the inactivity report. I have some users who are logging into a specific application showing up as active, but their office partner who uses the exact same application just as often, showing up as inactive.
Any ideas?

Well, I guess the complete lack of any response has given me the answer I was looking for. I guess this product will not be amongst the products I choose to manage my AD.
