Viknesh,
Any SMTP related errors can be found in the ALservice.log file which is found in the Account Lockout Examiner install directory.

File name is ALEservice.log
In my case, Windows 10, it is located under: C:\Program Files (x86)\Netwrix\Account Lockout Examiner\Tracing
