Netwrix ALE Helpdesk not working after install

ALE Helpdesk Web Lockout Examiner Install Failed

I have install the Helpdesk Portal 4.1. The install appears to go fine, but I get the error shown below when I launch the website at the end of the install. I get a similar error when I browse to the website from a client PC. Any help would be appreciated.


HTTP Error 500.19 - Internal Server Error The requested page cannot be accessed because the related configuration data for the page is invalid.
