Thank you for your Forum post.

Unfortunately, the NetWrix Disk Space Monitor does not have this feature (SMTP authentication), but we do have it in the roadmap for the product. This feature will be implemented in future versions of Disk Space Monitor.

I see this is a pretty old post, but I'd like to also request this feature: smtp authentication as well as TLS support.
