I've got the original issue fixed, Now I'm getting the error "2146828218" saying it doesn't have permissions to upload a logo file to the images directory. I have verified that the permissions are in place.
Any ideas?

Landon,
This means that one of the IIS features required for install is not enabled. Please un-install the product as most likely it is partially installed, enable all required IIS features and re-install.
The following KB is for a different issue however it does list all features and so you can use it for reference: https://www.netwrix.com/kb/1511
