I'm test driving File Server Auditor for Folder & File changes (creates, moves, deletes...). Can a Security Group be used instead of the user? I tried but it didn't work. I hate to have to add lots of names. Next, Is there 1 subcategory that contains... create, delete, moved, rename? I see that they are separated. I like to have 1 report with all the events from a folder. Thanks...

Since the security event log shows a username in the event and it does not contain group data, a group name in the who field would not be possible. As for the multiple types of changes, you can use Netwrix's search functionality to add multiple action types to a single report.

Thanks Bob, then can you string users together with a comma or something or is it just 1 user only in that 'Who' field?
