Hi Team

 

we are planning to use Netwrix PEN as our notifier engine for password/account expiry notifcation. I have downloaded the PEN and configured it, but it is sending the notification as plain text only. we want to use our customized notification email message in html format. can you please help in using customized html template as notification email.

 

p.s. we are using Netwrix Auditor 9.5

Hi there,

 

In order to change the template of the expiration notification, you should click "Customize" for a desired option, then type html tags like below:

 

SUBJECT:Netwrix Auditor: Password expiration notification - {mpName}

Hi {givenName},

 

<b>HTML is supported</b>

 

Your password for the account "{sAMAccountName}" expires in {daysToExpire} day(s). Change the password as soon as possible to prevent further logon problems.

Thanks, it works! one more question, how can we test this function only with some selected users, I don't want to send my test emails to all domain users gathered by the report.

You may done that via "Test" option, just click "Customize" button then "Test" like on the attached screenshot.
