Hello,

We are looking for a way to completely disable the option for "Password Never Expires" when resetting a password. Is there a way to do this without modifying a .asp file to remove it from the list of helpdesk options when resetting a password?

dwfrey8877,

You can configure User options on the corresponding tab under Settings on the Administrative portal.

Just clear the checkbox called "Enable the 'Password never expire' user option"

I've done that, but that only seems to apply when a user is resetting their own password. When someone uses the Helpdesk to reset a password they still have the option for "Password Never Expires". Is there any way to remove that option from the Helpdesk?
