"Examine" returning blank screen, no results, no errors..

I recently installed Account Lockout Examiner.. It is returning accounts that are locked out but when I try to examine the accounts it take me to a screen with no results.. I also can't unlock an account. It's running as a domain admin..

 

Please advise.

Hello,

 

In regards to the screen is blank with no results, can you send a screenshot as i'm not sure if you mean that it doesn't find anything or it is literally a white page with nothing on it.

 

In regards to the Remote Control feature, this feature hasn't been upgraded in about 5 years so let me double check what Exchange versions are supported for this feature and i will get back with you.  In the mean time take a look at this just in case it isn't an unsupported issue: https://www.netwrix.com/kb/1560
