Hello! 

I install Network Password Expiration Notifier on Windows 2012r2. 

 

I just installed the password expiration notifier and verified the e-mail is working properly. When the scheduled task is run, it even sends me, the admin, an e-mail with 2 accounts that are expiring. The problem is that none of those 2 users are getting the messages.

I checked the pen.txt file and found that there is an error every time the task is run. 

pen.exe Error: 0 : [TID: 1, Time: 3/10/2015 11:52:01 AM] no registry key [NotifyManagerOnlyAboutAccounts]

Can you please upload the pen.txt file to www.netwrix.com/upload and put PEN - Forums - Registry Key in the subject?  Can you also upload a copy of the admin report?
