I just installed Web-based Password Change for Active Directory called NetWrix Web-based Password Changer 1.5.100 Free Version on Win server 2003 R2 Ent Edition SP2 and everything works till you click the submit button and then I get the error:
The password does not meet the password policy requirements.
Try again
What am I doing wrong? If I go into Active Directory and change the password manually and it works fine.
Here is the installed page For Change Password

Dear Jim,
Thank you for your Forum post.
We are going to need some additional information in order to further investigate your issue.
Please perform the following steps:
- Run the Group Policy Management Console (run cmd, type gpmc.msc and press enter)
- Navigate to the policy that is applied to your domain, right click on it and select Edit
- Expand Computer Configuration\Windows Setting\Security Settings\Account Policies\Password Policy
- Take a screenshot so we can see your password policy settings
Also, did you receive this error only for one account? Or are you seeing several accounts with this error? Were you was able to change the password via Web-based Password Change for Active Directory at least one time?
Please upload the screenshot with the following link:
