I am using the NetWrix Password Expiration Notifier with great success.  Recently I wanted to start getting the users' managers notified when password expiration is imminent.  All of my user accounts have the Manager field updated in AD.  No notifications are sent to the users managers.  I continue to get the alerts so I know the scheduled job is running.

Is there something else I must configure for this to work?

jjackson,

Change the manager for one of these accounts that should be getting an email sent to managers to yourself temporarily.  There isn't really a possibility where a manager would not receive an email but users and administrators do assuming of course that the data processing account is able to read the manager attribute.  If you believe it still doesn't work then please send a screenshot of your settings and a copy of the admin report with the user highlighted along with their AD attribute for manager.  I can give you a place to send them if you don't want to put it on a forum.

-Jeff

Thanks Jeff!

I will add myself as a manager and let the report run and will send you the results. I don't see where I can attach my screen shots here.
