Hi there,
You should change the credentials everywhere:
1. Monitoring plan settings > Data Collection
2. Monitoring plan settings > Audit Database
3. Item > Custom account
4. Investigations > SQL Server settings
5. Long-Term Archive > Custom credentials
6. Notifications > SMTP authentication
7. Settings > Audit Database > SQL Server Settings
8. Settings > Audit Database > SSRS Settings
9. Tasks in Task Scheduler > Run as
10. Services > Logon As

Where are
3. Item > Custom account
4. Investigations > SQL Server settings
and didn't see
7. Settings > Audit Database > SQL Server Settings
8. Settings > Audit Database > SSRS Settings

3. Monitoring Plans > Monitoring Plan > Double-click Item > Custom account
4. Netwrix Auditor > Settings > Investigations > SQL Server settings
It does mean those settings have not been configured:
7. Settings > Audit Database > SQL Server Settings
8. Settings > Audit Database > SSRS Settings

If the account is getting locked so far, provide me Configuration.xml, it is located at C:\ProgramData\Netwrix Auditor\AuditCore\ConfigServer\
