Hello,

 

  I am testing the demo version of this application and was wondering if there were settings available for configuration in the purchased product?

 

  For instance, I would like emails sent to specific people when specific servers are low on disk space.

 

  Also, can I group servers together with different configurations.  For instance, can I group all of my VMware hosts in one monitoring group, my sql servers in another, etc?

Disk Space Monitor only has a freeware version.  In order to achieve multiple configurations you would need to install it on different machines.  Maybe you could use Outlook rules or something to achieve this without separate installs but that would probably be a pain to manage.
