I noticed unusually high network activity on my workstation even when idle, so I've used Resource Monitor to discover the culprit is ALEService.exe

It's constantly receiving over 600 KB/s from a random workstation on the network.

The attached image shows network usage by ALEService.exe and you can see it has connections to the following computers:

r19-cc6226.cirencester.local (the random workstation in question)

ccexch01.cirencester.local (our Exchange server)

ccdc04.cirencester.local (a Domain controller)

ccdc03.cirencester.local (a Domain controller)

You'll notice the high value for Bytes received from the workstation.

Stopping the service reduces network traffic to normal levels.

Any ideas why the service is talking to this random workstation so much?
