Hello,

I'd like to ask your help.

We've used NetWrix Disk Space Monitor for a few weeks without a hassle. But now, when receiving a report by email, there is no information

I've checked the WMI permissions for this server as described below:
-Run the Computer Management Snap-in (Start\Administrative Tools\Computer Management)
-Expand the “Services and Application” node
-Right-click on WMI control and select Properties
-Go to the security tab and click on the “Security” button
-Check if the account that you have have specified in the Disk Space Monitor settings is in the list.
-If not, please add the account:
•Click the “Add” button
•Type the user name and click “Check names”. Click OK.
•Grant full rights for the user (allow all)

But the accounts on our five servers do have full access.
Added a new account and added to the WMI permissions: no result.
Reinstalled DSM on a different pc: exact same result.

An example of the email:

Server name: pc10.intra.****.nl
<End email>

So, I've tried FS01, FS01.intra.****.nl, ip address of server, but no real information at all in de email report...

I'm clueless...

Does anyone has an idea?

I would be much abliged,
