not all users receive mail notification about expiration password

Hi

 

I find out now that not all users receive the notification by-mail.

I am using the free version.3.3.247.

 

please look into the attached log.

one of the users that didn't receive the notification is "dariab" which her e-mail address is :dariab@fast-s.co.il.

one user replied to my question and updated that he did receive the notification. his e-mail address is" meigala@schneider.co.il.

the "meigala" account is under users ou.

the user "dariab" is under "fast" ou. Does it matter ?

 

please rename file extension from doc to log before opening.

Unfortunately tracing does not have information about emails being sent.  However, since dariab shows up in the admin report then they are sent an email if they match the conditions for receiving one.  I would suggest checking the mail server on days you believe that they should have received an email and you should see it.
