Account Examiner Help Desk Portal blank after installation

I am setting up the Help Desk Portal and have downloaded both versions of the Portal and Examiner as 4.1.417. After installation, trying to open up the portal yields a blank page. I have followed instructions correctly, with IIS set up with the proper features. Any suggestions would be helpful. Thanks.

Hello Tim,


as far as I know portal is available only in Enterprise version of the software, and is not intended to work with the freeware.
