Cannot upgrade the item 'Domain Controlller' The specified domain does not exhist or cannot be contacted

We've been using Netwrix 6.5 for a long time and never had too many issues. I wanted a fresh build on a new server so I turned off the old machine and I booted up a new server 2012r2 VM and setup Netwrix 9.0. Now when run the AD audit or Group Policy plan I get the error.

 

"Cannot upgrade the item 'Domain Controller' The specified domain does not exhist or cannot be contacted"

 

I get the same error on all of my domain controllers and my collection is running under a domain administrator. Does anyone have any idea what this could be? Windows Firewall is disabled, antivirus is disabled.

Support figured it out. I was using the FQDN of the server instead of just the domain name.
