Trying to use this tool to troubleshoot some account lockout issues.
1. The ALEService is eating up 90% of the processor and I cant seem to open the console after adding 8 DCs to the tool
2. When using the tool (when we can get in) we don't seem to be seeing anything that leads us to any idea why these lockouts occur.

Have you had a chance to check this KB?
As for the second question, it should show you workstation where the account got locked out, and you also should be able to perform examination of the workstation to find out additional details, if any.

I have the same issue. I have made the three registry changes and still experience the high memory utilization. Any other troubleshooting tips?
