SteveS,

This error means that the target operating system isn't supported for examinations of scheduled tasks.  However, you can open task scheduler and review the tasks and the accounts that are running them by connecting into the target machines or remotely.

We are on Windows 10.  I don't get any of the other information that it suggests it gives, all I get is COM objects and Windows services so don't see anything on logon sessions, network drive mappings and it doesn't go on to examine the invalid logins.  Is that because these other things cannot be inspected on a Windows 10 PC or is it that because it has failed on scheduled tasks it can't carry on ?

Steve,

Most likely these features do not work on Windows 10.  As far as i know there are no current plans to release an update to ALE to support Windows 10 but at least this way you have a workstation that is the source of the lockout and can focus on efforts on that machine.
