Web-based Password Change for Active Directory fails if a user who's password has already expired tries to change their password. How do I fix this?

I attempted to use your product as I am in a situation where my active directory password expired and I am remote and unable to change it but have an urgent need to do so. However, it appears this product still does not allow expired passwords to be changed. Is there a way to do it that I am not aware of?
