Hi,
Host system : Win 2008 R2 SP2 - 32 bit, IIS 7.0 with ASP.Net installed and IIS 6 Management, WMI and Metabase Compatability installed.
The Web Based product install runs fine with no errors, but when you go to the site I get:
HTTP Eror 404.17 - Not Found
The requested content appears to be script and will not be served by the static file handler.
Detailed Error InformationModule StaticFileModule
Notification ExecuteRequestHandler
Handler StaticFile
Error Code 0x80070032
Requested URL http://porthelper.so...rd/Default.aspx
Physical Path C:\Program Files\NetWrix\Web-based Password Changer\Default.aspx
Logon Method Anonymous
Logon User Anonymous
Most likely causes:
The request matched a wildcard mime map. The request is mapped to the static file handler. If there were different pre-conditions, the request will map to a different handler.
Things you can try:
If you want to serve this content as a static file, add an explicit MIME map.
Yes .Net 4.0 is installed - just not sure what to add for an "explicit MIME map" to support this application.
Thanks,
Mike

Dear Michael,
Thank you for your Forum post. I am sorry for the delayed response.
Please check the following settings:
-Open the IIS Manager by going to Start | Control Panel | Administrative tools | Internet Information Services Manager
- Expand the computer name and select "Application Pools" in the left pane.
- Go to the right pane, right click the WBPCAppPool item and select Basic Settings
-Make sure you have specified the Net Framework version, Managed pipeline mode is set as classic and the “Start application pool immediately” checkbox is checked. Set these settings if necessary.
If all the above settings are correct, please perform the following steps:
-Go to left pane, expand Default web site, right click Web Based Password Change directory and select Manage Application -> Advanced Settings
-Click the “…” button opposite the “Application pool” property
-Select Classic .Net AppPool and click OK
Try to open Web Based Password Change.
Sincerely,
Brian Stern
