AD Change Reporter task now showing in Server 2008

How can I confirm that the AD Change Reporter task has been created successfully? I do not see the task in the Server 2008 task manager list. I was trying to follow along in the demo video and run an initial report so that I can make a change and have those most recent changes emailed to me.
